The reason I think Samsung support was full of shit is that the guy first told me Samsung Flow is not for transferring files, but only for screen mirroring - which I already knew was wrong, because I had already transferred files with it - and then he told me the folder structure thing was a feature, which apparently isn't true either.Email clients provide actionable error messages when something goes wrong.
The actual files are in a dedicated Flow folder, with the folder structure intact and everything. I assumed the Flow transfers were saved to the "Downloads" Folder, but I now realize that isn't a folder, but just a list of all the files across the entire phone that have been downloaded. I was looking for my transferred files in the wrong place. Welp, turns out I'm thick and Samsung support was bullshitting me. The only way to transfer entire folder structures, is through USB. Is there a setting I don't know about so I can keep the folder structure?Ĭontacted Samsung support: apparently this is a 'feature', and cannot be changed.

I've transferred the entire folder from my S8 to my pc with SideSync, and I've tried to transfer that entire folder to my S10 using Samsung Flow, but on that last step, the folder structure is lost. I'm trying to transfer a bunch of e-books from my S8+ to my S10+.
